The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects, coordinating across Managers and Subject Matter Experts, and delivering projects using structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage infrastructure-focused projects using Waterfall methodology
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using MS Project
Coordinate and communicate effectively between Managers, technical teams, and SMEs
Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide regular status updates
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Facilitate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of infrastructure initiatives
Manage change control, documentation, and governance processes
Support hybrid work model with limited onsite presence (up to once per week)

Required

Strong Waterfall Project Management experience (Primary methodology)
Infrastructure Project Management background (network, servers, data centers, cloud, security, etc.)
MS Project proficiency (mandatory)
Proven experience coordinating projects across Managers and SMEs
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies

Preferred

Agile experience (plus, but not primary)
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
