A Day in the Life You bring a mix of education and hands-on experience that’s grounded in information systems, business, or healthcare, along with a solid understanding of how scheduling and registration workflows support patient access and operations

You’ll be a great fit if you have: A bachelor’s degree (preferably in IS, business, or healthcare), or An associate degree with relevant experience, or A high school diploma or GED with several years of hands-on experience supporting healthcare information systems Cerner or Oracle experience in at least one of the following areas: Acute scheduling Acute registration Ambulatory registration and scheduling Experience participating in or supporting full-cycle project implementations, from build and testing through go-live The ability to handle day-to-day system maintenance and issue resolution, helping ensure reliability, efficiency, and a positive user experience This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work, learning from experienced teammates, and contributing to projects that have a direct impact on patient access and care delivery.
