Resident Compliance Examination Instructor, CG-0570-13/14 (Temporary Assignment NTE 1 Year)
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a Resident Compliance Examination Instructor for a temporary position in their Corporate University, Examiner Learning Program. The role involves leading technical compliance examination courses and supporting other instructors through training and coaching.

Responsibilities
Preparing for and serving as a lead instructor or instructor for technical compliance examination courses, including leading and facilitating classroom sessions, breakout sessions, small group activities and case studies
Developing and supporting other instructors by providing training, coaching, and feedback on classroom management and other instructional skills
Serving as a key technical subject matter expert for course content in compliance examination issues and procedures, and in the development of new course materials or the updating of existing course materials
Qualification
Required
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social)
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience
To qualify for CG-13, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 12 level or above, in the Federal service
Specialized experience is experience performing compliance examinations of insured depository institutions; and providing coaching and delivering training to examiners
To qualify for CG-14, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 13 level or above, in the Federal service
Specialized experience is experience developing, delivering, and leading compliance examiner training; and assessing the coaching and training of other examiners
Applicants must have met the qualification requirements (including selective placement factors – if any) for this position within 30 calendar days of the closing date of this announcement
