Responsibilities

Required

Working knowledge of the payer industry with a detailed understanding of multiple business functions and areas within a health plan, including specialization in network, product, operations, and clinical

Must have an interest and basic understanding of the overall healthcare industry. Ability to speak about healthcare issues and topics with competence and confidence

Able to create decks for all payer operations and strategy improvements

Be able to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail

At least two years of experience in a consulting environment

Enjoy creative problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment

Motivated professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data-driven improvement projects

Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing

Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions

Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Able to travel 80% of the time

Authorized to work in the US
