Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable Snowflake data models for HR analytics, workforce planning, and KPI dashboards
Develop and optimize data integrations between Workday, Snowflake, and downstream analytics platforms
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and metadata management best practices
Maintain detailed documentation including data dictionaries and lineage across pipelines and transformations
Monitor, tune, and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines for performance and reliability
Collaborate with HR, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to convert business rules into reusable data assets
Participate in unit, integration, and regression testing to validate data integrity
Provide lifecycle support including analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

Hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions on Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms
Advanced SQL with strong experience in data transformations and pipeline performance tuning
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, data validation, and reconciliation
Experience working with HR data domains and integrations with Workday or similar HRIS
Experience with Python for automation and data engineering tasks
Proven track record designing HR data warehouses and analytics platforms to drive business insights
Preferred
Experience with SCD Type 2 and historical data modeling
Exposure to dbt, Tableau/Power BI, Data Vault, or Medallion architecture
Familiarity with HR compliance standards and operational processes
Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments (HR, Finance, Technology)
