Responsibilities
Daily administration of Infiniti HR’s Multiple Employer Plan, including processing contributions and distributions, preparing government filings, maintaining plan documents, and providing customer service to plan participants
Work closely with our administrator and clients to provide information needed to implement and maintain new and existing accounts
Serves as a resource to employees regarding retirement savings options and benefits
Processes employee contributions, changes, withdrawals, loan repayments, and questions from employees, clients, and government agencies
Keeping up to date with state required retirement plans and providing client education
Qualification
Required
Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
Quality focused with excellent project management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Unwavering commitment to customer service
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Preferred
PEO industry experience preferred
