Responsibilities

Identify and research potential partners that align with Scalestack's strategic goals: RevOps consultancies, systems integrators, GTM agencies, and professional services firms serving enterprise sales teams
Develop deep understanding of each prospect's business model, service offerings, client base, and competitive positioning to assess strategic fit
Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of target partners using research, industry knowledge, and market intelligence
Leverage AI tools to accelerate prospecting, enrich partner data, and identify high-value opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative channels to engage key stakeholders at target partners
Craft compelling messaging that articulates Scalestack's partnership value proposition and resonates with consulting and services audiences
Engage prospects through consultative conversation—understanding their business challenges, client needs, and partnership interests
Nurture relationships through consistent follow-up, keeping potential partners engaged and informed throughout the qualification process
Qualify partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, market positioning, client overlap, and willingness to invest in a Scalestack partnership
Schedule qualified meetings for the Partner Development Manager with decision-makers at prospective partner organizations
Prepare detailed handover briefs including partner context, stakeholder profiles, previous communications, and recommended approach
Educate potential partners about Scalestack's platform, core capabilities (AI agents, semantic workflows, autonomous orchestration), and partnership opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM—tracking all partner interactions, pipeline status, and engagement activities
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine partnership strategies and share market insights from the field
Support co-marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns that generate awareness and pipeline within the partner ecosystem
Contribute feedback and insights that improve partner program design, messaging, and outreach effectiveness

Qualification

Required

3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or sales—B2B SaaS experience preferred
Proven ability to prospect and engage new leads through email, calls, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and maintaining clean, accurate data
Based in the United States with ability to work remotely
Strong written and verbal communication: you can articulate value clearly and build rapport quickly
Natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with consultants, agencies, and services professionals
Persuasive communicator who can inspire interest and engage
Sharp research skills: able to quickly understand a partner's business model, positioning, and strategic priorities
Ability to translate Scalestack's technical capabilities into business value for consulting audiences
Curiosity about enterprise GTM operations, RevOps, and the challenges of data orchestration at scale
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter energy, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
Highly organized, able to manage multiple outreach campaigns and partner relationships simultaneously
Dedication to tracking and improving performance metrics on a daily basis

Preferred

Experience in the GTM tech ecosystem (sales tools, data enrichment, CRM, marketing automation)
Background working with or selling to consulting partners, systems integrators, or agencies
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and RevOps workflows
Experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate prospecting and outreach
