Responsibilities

Execute AML-related Consent Order commitments, focusing on policies, standards, and product risk documentation

Drive remediation efforts aligned with regulatory expectations, exam findings, and enforcement actions

Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and AML Operations teams for consistent interpretation and execution

Inventory and assess all product risk documentation for new and modified products

Validate documentation completeness, accuracy, and approval status, and identify gaps in AML, KYC, sanctions, and privacy obligations

Gather and analyze applicable regulations and map them to internal AML policies and standards

Develop regulatory traceability matrices linking requirements to policies, controls, and testing materials

Prioritize remediation efforts based on regulatory risk and timelines, track corrective actions, and support updates to AML policies
