Responsibilities

Design intuitive and modern UI experiences for access management platforms

Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes

Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities

Analyze research insights and translate user and product requirements into UI solutions

Iterate designs quickly based on user, stakeholder, and engineering feedback

Apply inclusive design principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Required

Strong experience in UI design and UX research for enterprise or complex applications

Proficiency in Figma (preferred); Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable

Experience building and maintaining UI components and design systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience working on identity, security, or access management solutions

Familiarity with large-scale enterprise platforms

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
