Represent clients throughout all phases of commercial and general litigation matters
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop effective case strategies
Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of litigation experience
Experience in commercial litigation and/or consumer-related litigation matters
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
Licensed to practice law in the state of the respective office location
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced practice
