Responsibilities
Develop new and strengthen existing relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers
Generate opportunities for quotation by providing continuous support and recommendations to new and existing customers
Lead projects, demonstrations, and other customer related events to ensure timely completion and efficient prioritization of resources
Prepare and present machine solutions for customer specific applications
Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Perform related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Have a strong passion for the sales process from discovery to closing stages
Strong technical background in tool, die and production machining using innovative CNC machines
This person will possess strong, professional communication and presentation skills
Basic technical capability
This position requires occasional overnight travel throughout the entire territory
Preferred
Previous experience with Industrial sales background is a plus
