Responsibilities

Provide hands-on functional leadership for the configuration, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules

Act as the primary escalation point for Oracle Fusion HCM system issues, troubleshooting complex functional and technical challenges

Support new implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system migrations within Oracle Fusion HCM

Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions

Support and optimize HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll (US & Canada), Time and Labor, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, HCM Helpdesk, and HCM Analytics

Design, build, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware platforms, and REST/SOAP APIs

Develop and support HCM Extracts and outbound interfaces for downstream systems, vendors, banks, and tax providers

Utilize Postman and other tools for API testing and validation

Customize and maintain HCM reporting and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Ensure accurate and efficient data migrations using FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle data management tools

Proactively monitor system performance and address issues before impacting business operations

Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM updates, patches, and new features and advise on adoption strategies

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll (US & Canada), Time and Labor, Talent, Compensation, and Analytics

Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and third-party integrations

Hands-on experience building HCM Extracts and outbound interfaces

Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and API testing tools such as Postman

Strong understanding of HR business processes and ERP best practices

Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and enterprise integrations

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex HCM environments

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, and DevOps practices within Oracle ERP environments

Proficiency with SQL and data integration tools

Bachelor's degree in HCM, Information Technology, or a related field
