Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to understand needs, perform fit/gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional/technical specs
Development & Customization : Design, code (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher), and modify PeopleSoft objects (pages, records, integrations, reports)
Configuration : Configure PeopleSoft modules (HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits; FSCM: GL, AP, AR, Purchasing) and security (roles, permissions)
Support & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, tune performance, and provide ongoing production support
Upgrades & Maintenance : Support PeopleSoft upgrades (PUM), apply patches, and manage data conversions
Testing : Develop and execute test scripts (Unit, Integration, UAT)
Documentation : Create and maintain technical and functional design documents, training materials, and test cases
Qualification
Required
Experience: 4-8+ years in PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and support, with strong functional knowledge in HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time/Labor) or FSCM (Finance, Supply Chain)
Technical Skills: PeopleTools (App Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker), SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, PUM
Functional Skills: Deep understanding of specific HCM or FSCM modules and business processes
Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
