Responsibilities
Leading integrated communications programmes across earned media, partnerships, influencers and events
Acting as senior day-to-day counsel to founders and marketing leaders
Managing and mentoring a growing US-based team
Owning client strategy, delivery standards and commercial performance
Supporting new business development and organic account growth
Building strong relationships with US media, tastemakers and brand partners
Collaborating cross-market with UK teams to align strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
4-8+ years' experience in US agency communications
Currently at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
Strong background working with lifestyle, hospitality, travel, design or consumer brands
Confident managing senior clients and complex accounts
Commercially aware and comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communicator — sharp on tone, storytelling and positioning
