Responsibilities
Provide expert support for clinical imaging systems, including PACS and voice recognition tools (e.g., PowerScribe)
Respond to user-reported issues by actively listening, clarifying concerns, and resolving problems efficiently
Troubleshoot application and system issues independently and escalate when necessary
Analyze technical issues and apply solutions in accordance with established procedures and best practices
Participate in project and status calls, providing timely and accurate updates
Perform system testing and accurately document results
Create, update, and maintain knowledge base documentation
Provide go-live and post-go-live support for imaging applications
Act as a subject matter expert for Clinical Imaging applications during system upgrades and implementations
Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience supporting healthcare imaging systems or related healthcare IT roles
Strong knowledge of imaging platforms such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, and PowerScribe
Experience with system testing, documentation, and application support processes
Basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a remote environment with occasional on-site support as needed
