They are seeking a Field Test Engineer who will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, software testing, and post-processing logs, while also managing inventory and providing daily reports.

Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent word and excel skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with mobile device testing is a plus
Experience with automation testing tools is a plus
Basic understanding of 3G, 4G, 5G network technology
Preferred
Experience in test execution, quality assurance, manual testing and software testing, modem, network and application log analysis
Experience with MediaTek, Samsung, and Qualcomm Chipsets
Experience in creating detailed technical reports
Basic knowledge of python, ability to read and understand code with the intention of making minor configuration changes to scripts
Some basic knowledge of visual basic and creating excel macros
Experience with PowerBi or other tool for creating reports from CSV or DB
Basic knowledge of DB architecture and how to formulate SQL query
Strong familiarity with 5G Data Performance KPIs and Call Performance KPIs
Basic understanding of e911 procedure and LPP
Experience troubleshooting network and device side issues
Familiar with JIRA systems
Familiar with writing defect reports and providing excellent communication to the customer
IMS protocol understanding
Preferred experience and knowledge of WiFi Calling
