Responsibilities
Collaborate with the user research team and the product teams to understand the needs of B2B customers
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for B2B SaaS platforms
Use design system to ensure consistency across all products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across multiple devices and platforms
Implement user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
Create clear documentation of design processes, decisions, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products for enterprise customers
Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and cross-device consistency
Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
Knowledge of SaaS UI/UX design patterns and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
