Responsibilities

Engage with government stakeholders and end users

Identify mission problems and operational gaps

Document current-state workflows and challenges

Define project objectives, outcomes, and success metrics

Plan and facilitate structured innovation workshops

Apply Human-Centered Design and Lean Startup frameworks

Lead ideation, problem framing, and prioritization sessions

Document workshop outputs and findings

Guide teams through MVP and prototype development

Apply sprint-based and agile delivery methodologies

Support rapid iteration, testing, and refinement

Capture lessons learned and continuous improvement insights

Coordinate user testing and feedback sessions

Collect, analyze, and document user input

Evaluate solution performance and readiness

Recommend refinements or scale-up strategies

Innovation workshop plans and outputs

MVP and prototype documentation

Testing and validation summaries

Periodic status and performance reports

Final project summary report (as required)
