Responsibilities

Supports the MQ-25 Program through cross-functional integration within the BGS and BDS organizations and externally with the U.S. Navy customer

Participates in the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents in support of program efforts. Participates in proposal development to integrate support element requirements. Responds to changes to the SOW, assessing impact and negotiating proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules

Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, Technical Publications, and Spares

Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements

Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program

Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity. Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned. Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans

Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts

Conducts status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs

Reviews program (BDS) change proposals and assesses overall Product Support Impact

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

4+ years of experience providing technical leadership or project management to cross-functional engineering projects

Experience in proposal development

Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required

Active US Security Clearance

3+ years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
