Responsibilities

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Build and support Kafka-based data streaming services
Work with JSON and standard HTTP methods
Deploy containerized services using Docker and OpenShift
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven or Gradle
Integrate APIs with Apigee or similar API management tools
Ensure API security, performance, and reliability
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and production support

Required

5+ years of Java and Spring Boot development
Hands-on experience with Kafka

Preferred

Experience in banking, healthcare, or retail environments
Experience working with personal or sensitive data
