Landscape Account Manager

McFarlin Stanford is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Representative with a background in high-end residential or commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring quality service, and identifying business opportunities while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

Manage lawn maintenance crews on your properties
Provide quality control, feedback to crews, crew training, and labor hour management. Meet with clients to ensure satisfaction
Provide Lawn care proposals for new maintenance accounts, including fertilizations, irrigation and lighting inspections and more
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach to potential clients
Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs and present customized landscaping solutions
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, contracts, and project plans to clients
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new landscaping products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the landscaping or lawn maintenance industry
Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and enhancement services

Strong sales knowledge and ability to identify client needs and close opportunities
