Responsibilities
Build the global hiring strategy and operating model: Define and execute a global TA strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and organizational design. Build a scalable TA operating model across regions (NA/EMEA/APAC), including capacity planning, recruiter specialization, and sourcing coverage. Own hiring forecasts and translate workforce plans into clear quarterly hiring plans, resource allocation, and delivery commitments
Lead and scale a high-performing global TA team: Build, coach, and inspire a best-in-class team across recruiting, sourcing, TA ops, and employer branding support (as applicable). Set clear expectations and performance standards, including hiring quality, speed, experience, and operational excellence
Design world-class hiring processes that scale: Establish consistent, candidate-first, and manager-friendly end-to-end hiring processes - from intake to offer to close. Implement structured hiring practices: scorecards, structured interviews, debrief rituals, decision frameworks, and hiring calibration
Build TA systems, analytics, and operational rigor: Own TA tech stack strategy and optimization (ATS, CRM, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting, automation). Build a robust hiring analytics engine: dashboards, funnel health, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, quality of hire proxies, source performance, and candidate experience metrics. Create standardized SOPs, playbooks, templates, and governance to ensure hiring consistency across teams and regions
Partner deeply with leadership and hiring managers: Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping org design, role scoping, talent mapping, and hiring trade-offs. Drive stakeholder alignment and governance by establishing clear hiring governance (intake rigor, role clarity, interview panels, SLAs, decision owners), proactively manage expectations across leadership, Finance, and People teams, and ensure fast, aligned decision-making through regular hiring reviews and escalation paths when trade-offs arise
Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience globally: Partner with Marketing/People teams to sharpen our global employer brand narrative and consistent messaging. Ensure a premium candidate experience across touchpoints, from first outreach to offer and onboarding handoff
Ensure global compliance and thoughtful localization: Build hiring processes that work globally while adapting to local market realities (comp expectations, hiring norms, time zones, notice periods). Partner closely with People Ops/Legal/Finance to ensure compliant hiring practices, offer governance, and process integrity
