Create and manage Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs)
Content creation and process documentation
Develop process flows and Visio diagrams
Create current & future state documentation
Perform data and process mapping
Write SQL queries
Work with JIRA for tracking and documentation
Maintain project plans, tasks, and activities
Schedule meetings with key stakeholders
Manage project risks, issues, and weekly status reporting
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years total experience
Strong background in large Wealth Management banks or heavy financial institutions
No job hoppers; seeking stable work history
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Must be confident, highly technical, and able to engage with senior management
