Responsibilities

5+ years experience programming and operating Mazak CNC lathes with live tooling

Comprehensive understanding of material behavior, tooling selection, feeds/speeds, and workholding

Proven capability in development of CNC programs and machining precision components with tight tolerances and complex geometries

Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, applying GD&T, and analyzing critical dimensions

Experience with first piece and in-process inspections

Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in dynamic work environment

3+ years experience in Aerospace and Defense industries

Experience with CAD

Practical knowledge of AS9100D quality management system

Experience with Mazak Quick Turn Lathes

Experience with MasterCAM
