Responsibilities

Be the linchpin on wage & hour / class & collective matters
Draft and argue persuasive motions (including class cert), oppositions, and dispositives
Take/defend depositions, manage discovery, and drive mediations/arbitrations
Handle parallel individual + class disputes in California
Mentor junior associates and collaborate closely with partners

Required

5–7 years plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
Strong background in wage & hour and class/collective actions (PAGA/FLSA)

Proven deposition + hearing experience (arbitration a plus)
California Bar in good standing
