Responsibilities
Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, single-line diagrams, and equipment schedules
Identify scope gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies impacting pricing or constructability
Validate equipment selections against performance requirements
Develop clear equipment narratives and procurement scopes
Support RFP development with technical requirements and clarifications
Assist with bid leveling and normalization
Evaluate vendor submittals and technical proposals
Identify technical and commercial risks
Act as a technical resource for internal teams
Coordinate with scheduling teams on lead-time impacts
Support handoff from procurement to operations
Participate in coordination meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
1–3 years of MEP design, preconstruction, or procurement experience
Strong understanding of MEP systems and equipment
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Mission-critical or data center experience
Cross-functional collaboration mindset
Risk-focused and detail-oriented
