Responsibilities
Lead and manage OSP design activities across multiple telecommunications projects
Ensure all design deliverables meet client specifications, NEC/NESC standards, and project timelines
Develop, review, and approve construction drawings, design packages, and as-built documentation
Collaborate with engineering, permitting, construction, and project management teams
Oversee external vendors and consultants supporting design deliverables
Maintain and update design standards, templates, and QA/QC processes
Mentor and support design staff throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of telecommunications OSP design, systems, and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Pro
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and schedule expectations
Preferred
Sitetracker and Smartsheets experience preferred
