Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering design and documentation for large industrial and commercial facilities
Develop lighting, power distribution, and control system designs from concept through construction
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integration and technical accuracy
Provide mentorship, technical support, and design guidance to junior engineers and designers
Support project success by meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and exceeding client expectations
Qualification
Required
BSEE required; Engineer Intern (EI) certification a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial facilities, preferably within an A/E consulting environment
Actively pursuing or strongly interested in obtaining professional engineering licensure
Demonstrated ability to independently produce precise, high-quality construction documents
Excellent leader and communicator dedicated to client satisfaction
Expertise in power distribution, lighting, and control system design
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proficiency with design software and current industry standards
