Support transaction execution across M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Perform detailed valuation analyses including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal reports
Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights
Assist in due diligence and financial modeling for live deals and strategic advisory projects
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of investment banking experience, ideally in a coverage or product group
Strong technical skills in valuation, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
