Business Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities
Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
Organize exhibits, case documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
Collect and compile relevant case information from multiple sources
Handle administrative tasks related to case management
File pleadings with state and federal courts, including electronic filing
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
Manage litigation timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
Proven ability to manage complex litigation files and deadlines
