Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls and document all interactions in Salesforce

Respond to standard and complex customer inquiries via phone and email

Research customer issues and provide timely follow-up through outbound calls or email

Provide formal written and verbal responses using appropriate reference materials

Request and obtain missing or additional customer information as needed

Document client issues and escalate to appropriate internal teams for resolution

Troubleshoot basic website errors and navigation questions

Assist customers with enrollment in life and health insurance products

Support customers with payments and payment-related inquiries

Assist with claims and claims-related processing

Maintain flexibility and reliability within a scheduled workday

Qualification

Active LifeHealth LicenseCustomer Service ExperienceMicrosoft OfficeCall Center ExperienceTechnical TroubleshootingCommunication Skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience

Active Life and Health License Requirements: All of these are required: CA, MI, NY, IN, FL, MA, or they need to be licensed in at least 3 of these: NJ, OH, MD, PA, VA, CT

At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic computer and technical troubleshooting skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
