Responsibilities

Gather data, prepare, and file sales and use, payroll, property tax, and other tax related returns

Perform daily review of accounting documents and material codes for sales and use tax

Review invoices and fixed asset documents for proper tax processing

Review fixed asset information for property tax

Prepare government surveys

Prepare monthly tax journal entries

Assist in tax audits

Perform reviews, reconciliations, summarizations, and analysis as assigned by management

Must be hands-on and willing to assist other Team Members as needed

Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary

A solution-finding attitude

Ability to work well with a team, as well as independently

Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements

Meet all other requirements as assigned
