Responsibilities

Represent businesses and corporate clients in commercial and business litigation matters
Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed litigation memoranda
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Analyze contracts, business records, and financial documentation
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
Manage assigned cases and ensure compliance with court deadlines
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
