Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience installing and servicing IP-based security systems in commercial and industrial settings
Ability to operate hand and power tools, lift up to 50 lbs, and install/service security devices
Clear communication with customers and team members
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (12–32 feet or higher using man lifts)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to recognize and identify colors
Dependable and punctual attendance
Ability to work full-time schedule and overtime as needed
Available for travel, including nights and weekends
Required to wear company uniform and maintain a neat appearance
Preferred
Installation and servicing of CCTV systems
Installation and servicing of Card Access systems
Installation and servicing of Burglar/Fire Alarm systems
Strong construction knowledge
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills
