Helpdesk Analyst
Medasource is seeking Tier 1 Helpdesk Analysts to support a Healthcare EMR/Infrastructure project at their Granger, IN location. The role involves providing helpdesk support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal support staff to ensure timely resolution of user inquiries.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to end users during the EMR/Infrastructure go-live
Answer inbound calls and assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently
Accurately document issues and requests within the intake/ticketing system
Triage and route tickets to the appropriate application, infrastructure, or technical support teams
Coordinate closely with onsite internal support staff to facilitate timely issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Previous Helpdesk experience at a Tier 1 level support
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an onsite go-live environment
Preferred
Healthcare IT or hospital experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
