Implementing commodity-specific business plans, ensuring supplier compliance with client quality, delivery, capacity, and warranty standards
Supporting product launches, driving issue resolution, and ensuring zero disruption to vehicle production

APQP
Experience in process planning, implementation, and launch in electronics manufacturing systems
Operational experience in electronics manufacturing processes and process control (Front end and backend)
Automotive industry experience
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier management
5+ years of experience in one or more but not limited to the following manufacturing processes: Casting, Machining, Forging, Stamping, Welding, Plastic/Rubber Molding, Brazing, Sintering, Automated/Manual Assembly Process, Controls Automation programming, Paint, Chroming, SMC
Proven experience in PPAP, APQP, and quality systems
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
Preferred
Working knowledge of client systems and standards (e.g., Q1)
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
