Executive Assistant
Warren Averett is a leading CPA and advisory firm that offers a range of services including corporate advisory and HR solutions. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for their Montgomery, AL office to manage schedules, maintain client relationships, and handle administrative correspondence.
Responsibilities
Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
Assist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of information
Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc...)
Assist with document process and e-filing
Attention to detail is a must
Experience proofing would be ideal
Qualification
Required
More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Outlook)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
Preferred
Experience proofing would be ideal
