Responsibilities

Manage affiliate Instant Price through the ERP and affiliate Quote Center

Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate market price and cost for affiliates

Integrate with the affiliate Quote Center team to ensure a synchronous process between the GMS field and affiliate

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales and pricing

Analyze market trends, consumer habits, market strategies and profitability

Work with outside sales and become a liaison to coordinate sales and special job pricing

Communicate and help implement pricing changes

Develop effective presentations, articulating results from analyses and opportunities for growth and development

Maintain accurate records regarding projects and our win loss ratio

Track projects and keep the project information current

Required

Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred in finance, economics, business or related field

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite

Comfortable meeting with vendors and customers

Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time

Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc

Must be able to operate basic office machinery

Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks

Must be able to manage stress depending on deadlines and ongoing projects

Must be able to multitask

Must be able to receive and analyze information

Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur

Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative
