Consumer Product Manager (To-C)
LingoAce is expanding rapidly in global markets and evolving into a user-experience-driven consumer product company. The Consumer Product Manager will own the core user journey and focus on optimizing user interaction and experience design to improve engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Own the End-to-End Consumer Journey
Design and optimize the full overseas user funnel:
Landing → Sign-up → Onboarding → Placement → Learning → Motivation → Retention / Conversion
Reduce friction, increase clarity, and improve completion at every step
Continuously improve key To-C metrics: activation, retention, engagement, and conversion
Lead Product Interaction & Experience Design (Core Focus)
Define interaction logic, experience frameworks, and behavioral flows for consumer users
Design products that feel:
Clear and intuitive
Motivating and emotionally positive
Rewarding without pressure
Work closely with designers to ensure interaction systems, not just feature delivery
Benchmark against world-class consumer products (e.g., Duolingo)
Understand Overseas Users & Localization
Develop deep insight into overseas users’ behavior, mindset, and cultural context
Use qualitative research and quantitative data to inform product decisions
Drive localization strategies across different regions and markets
Data-Driven Iteration
Use funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses
Balance user experience quality with business impact
Turn insights into fast, high-quality product iterations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Curriculum, Growth, and Marketing
Translate complex business goals into simple, user-centered product solutions
Communicate clearly in a global, cross-time-zone environment
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of consumer (To-C) product management experience
Direct experience building products for overseas / international users
Strong intuition for consumer UX, interaction, and user psychology
Experience owning a full product area end-to-end (0→1 or 1→N)
Fluent English as a working language
Preferred
Experience in education, learning, or content-driven products
Deep familiarity with consumer products like Duolingo, Spotify, Headspace, Notion, etc
Hands-on experience with retention optimization and experimentation
Solid product design sense (you don't need to design UI, but you know what “good” looks like)
A short breakdown of a consumer product experience you admire
A To-C product you've personally owned or led
Your thoughts on what drives retention in learning products
