Responsibilities
Design and update engaging eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate content
Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in the LMS/CMS
Monitor and troubleshoot course issues; respond to user support tickets
Coordinate assignments, communications, and timelines with cross-functional learning teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in instructional design, LMS administration, and project management
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
Hands-on LMS administration experience (e.g., OnPoint, Cornerstone, SumTotal, Docebo, Litmos)
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity
Preferred
Experience designing for global or multi-language audiences
Corporate or technology environment experience
Strong visual design and storytelling skills
Project management and/or LMS certifications
