Chief Revenue Officer
D33P Search Group is representing a global manufacturing company seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions. This executive role is crucial for driving global growth and executing the company's revenue strategy across various initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy across all regions and business units
Lead global Sales, Commercial Strategy, Pricing, and Revenue Operations functions
Drive consistent top-line growth, margin improvement, and customer lifetime value
Build scalable, data-driven go-to-market models across enterprise and industrial customers
Partner with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to align demand generation with manufacturing capacity
Establish world-class forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
Lead and develop high-performing global commercial leadership teams
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on growth, market expansion, and M&A integration
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, EVP Sales, or equivalent
Extensive leadership experience within large-scale manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments
Track record of delivering multi-billion-dollar revenue growth at enterprise scale
Deep expertise in global sales strategy, pricing optimisation, and commercial transformation
Strong understanding of enterprise customers, long sales cycles, and complex deal structures
Experience operating within public or large global corporate environments
Highly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable operating at Board level
