Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and lead projects that drive measurable improvements in sales performance, efficiency, and revenue growth, including optimizing processes to reduce friction, improve win rates, and drive consistent execution across the team
Own sales reporting and analytics, including the sales forecasting program; provide sales leadership with actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
Run deal desk operations including pricing approvals, discount workflows, contract review and approval processes, and special terms escalation
Design and maintain data structure, integrations, and automation across our sales tech stack (Gong and Salesforce, among other platforms) to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes
Support pipeline generation efficiency efforts; You will be the leader in driving alignment between sales and marketing
Manage sales territories, account assignments, and ownership policies to ensure optimal coverage
Administer sales compensation plans, including quota management, commission tracking, and payout calculations in partnership with the Finance team
Provide ongoing training and enablement on sales processes and tools to ensure high adoption and effective utilization, including leading regular AI adoption sessions

Required

2+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, or similar
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills; keen attention to detail
Understanding of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions, sales best practices, and KPIs
Required systems experience: Experience administering Salesforce; Certified Admin a plus; using GenAI tools like ChatGPT in a business setting
Excel skills to Intermediate level

Preferred

Experience working with Sales Reps preferred and leading training and/or forecasting sessions a plus
Preferred systems experience: Gong, Clay, and Zapier
