This role involves project coordination, employee engagement, and assisting with research requests while contributing to storytelling initiatives related to fashion and brand heritage.

Responsibilities
Coordinate archival projects, including asset intake, tracking, movement, and processing
Lead tours and assist with onsite activations, installations, and engagement initiatives
Respond to internal research and information requests
Rehouse, scan, and digitize physical archival materials; upload and manage digital files per established guidelines
Support the organization and maintenance of onsite and offsite storage locations
Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience supporting archival, library, museum, or records-management work (corporate setting preferred)
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Comfortable speaking to groups with a friendly, energetic, and professional presence
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and digital imaging tools
Strong communication, writing, and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Coursework or a degree in library science, archival studies, museum studies, or a related field is a plus
