Responsibilities
Create, manage, and resolve Service Desk tickets through final resolution
Provide onsite desktop and technical support for end users
Perform onsite network troubleshooting and issue resolution
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
Troubleshoot and support printers and copiers
Provide basic Android and iOS mobile device support and deployment
Set up, support, and troubleshoot conference room audio/visual equipment
Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software
Ability to create and resolve Service Desk tickets end-to-end
Onsite network troubleshooting experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Professional computer software and/or hardware certifications
