The Executive Search Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process for clients, including conducting research, identifying executive candidates, and developing communication strategies to engage potential hires.

Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful outcomes
Promoting effective hiring practices tailored to each organization's goals
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with clients effectively
Proficiency in Research and Keyword Research to identify and evaluate prospective hires
Familiarity with Web Analytics for assessing candidate outreach and recruitment success
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred
Experience in executive search or recruitment is advantageous but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
