Vascular Therapies Associate - Austin
Boston Scientific is a leader in medical science, and they are seeking a Vascular Therapies Associate to prepare candidates for a Sales Consultant role within the Peripheral Interventions Division. The Vascular Associate will build strong customer relationships, support sales revenue, and execute business plans while collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution
Relationships will be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control
Procedural support in a competitive environment
Works seamlessly with Sales Consultant allowing them increased selling time
Takes on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership
Work closely with Sales Consultants and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends
Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets
Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc
Manage expense budget and promotional budget within the guideline
Maintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI)
Timely completion of require training as assigned
Follow compliance regulations
Execute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts
Maintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders
Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner
Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advanced Policies, and Integrity Policies
Occasional weekends, trade shows, internal meetings and/or meeting participation, committed travel 30-40%
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years plus of relevant business experience
BA/BS in a business discipline, AA with plans for completion of BA/BS, equivalent experience required
Documented sales success
Self-starter, solution oriented, team player, proven leadership qualities while accepting direction
Strategic thinker (with the ability to recognize their contribution to the big picture)
Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal-oriented
Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment
