General Data Company, Inc. is a leading provider of products and technologies for identification, tracking, and data management applications. They are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to support external Direct Sales Representatives by processing orders, maintaining accuracy, and performing various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Enter sales orders into the Company ERP system

Process orders as required

Maintain a 95% accuracy or better

Ship orders as required by the Customer

Perform various Administrative duties as requested

Process art

Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace

Other duties that may be assigned

Qualification

Required

1-3 years experience in customer service, sales support, or help desk capacity required

Self-starter, who can exhibit a track record of developing customer relationships in telephone conversations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate with customers and other General Data team members

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities

Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with proficient keyboard/typing skills

Ability to meet or exceed goals set by the company

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined by management

Must be available and willing to work weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary to meet business needs

Ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA 30349 before starting work

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing is a plus

Label experience is also a plus
