The Coordinator will be responsible for logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects, coordinating installations with team members, and monitoring inventory levels.

Responsibilities
Logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects
Coordinate installations/projects with other team members and departments as necessary
Documentation of projects progress
Prioritize tasks and demands of yourself to complete projects
Monitor inventory levels, work with purchasing department to reorder equipment as appropriate
Establish and manage strong working relationships with QSI team members
Qualification
Required
Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
Ability to multi-task efficiently and excellent organization skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, ability to set tasks for yourself and follow through on your own
Able to encourage and motivate team members through a strong work ethic, positive communication, and leadership skills
Adaptable to fast paced environment, ability to handle high pressure situations effectively
Dependable and energetic
Ability to relocate before starting work
