Director, Procurement & Program Services Strategy (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives that support the realization of P&PS and oneRTX goals
Partner with senior-level executives to identify, prioritize, and execute transformative business strategies
Collaborate within a centralized services model to ensure enterprise-wide alignment and delivery of shared services that enable consistency and efficiency
Develop, implement, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of transformation
Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters
Leverage expertise in Global Business Services (GBS) to optimize shared service operations, drive process improvements, and enable enterprise-wide scalability
Provide strategic leadership for supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and driving operational excellence
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic planning, organizational change, and transformation initiatives
Create and deliver compelling presentations to influence and align stakeholders across the organization
Manage budgets, resources, and project plans to achieve program success

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree (MBA preferred) in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience
Proven track record of strategic leadership, including the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies
Exceptional influencing skills with proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment among senior stakeholders
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong experience in supply chain management, including knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices
Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and budget management
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment
Change management expertise, with the ability to lead and sustain organizational transformation efforts

Preferred

Supply Chain experience in the manufacturing industry highly preferred, with aerospace & defense industry experience a plus
Strong working knowledge of US Government regulations (FAR, DFARS)
Experience working in a centralized service environment or Global Business Services (GBS), with a demonstrated ability to optimize shared service models
Familiarity with global service delivery models, shared service best practices, and supply chain optimization techniques
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
Experience in managing global teams or initiatives with a broad geographical footprint
Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience using SAP Ariba and S4Hana
