Responsibilities

Use Monday.com to plan, track, and execute culture and engagement projects (e.g., Regional ERG Conference, Take Your Child to Work Day, executive retreats)
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships, including setup, communication, and contract termination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERG initiatives with organizational goals
Develop creative strategies for the Culture Index to measure and improve engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
2–4 years of project management experience
Proficiency in project management tools (including Monday.com)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate setting
Familiarity with ERG initiatives and engagement strategies
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Background in overseeing communication processes and ensuring organizational alignment
